To add to the game, there are "sub-missions" along the way that allow the user to gain extra items - and not be attacked while doing so. To make this task even more challenging, there are spiders, bees and other insects that try to attack Stuart and take away his lives, of which he only has four. As he finds each item, they collect until he has enough to advance to the next level.
The game begins in Stuart's kitchen, where he must find the hidden items throughout the room. The player must venture through seven levels, discovering jewels and other offerings along the way to give to the falcon in exchange for Margola's freedom.
